El Ministerio de Trabajo rechazó el recurso de apelación presentado por la Asociación Judicial Bonaerense y amplió por 10 días hábiles la conciliación obligatoria. El gremio sigue rechazando la medida por ilegal. Hoy continúa el paro y mañana se llevarán a cabo asambleas en las 18 departamentales bonaerenses.

El Ministerio de Trabajo envió una notificación donde amplía el plazo de la conciliación obligatoria por 10 días más a partir del lunes 21 de mayo.

La AJB rechaza esta instancia de conciliación ya que el Poder Ejecutivo que dicta esta medida es parte central del conflicto que mantiene paralizada la Justicia.

Según la constitución provincial (art. 39) sólo un órgano imparcial e independiente de las partes, puede ser competente para resolver el conflicto planteado. Actualmente, ese órgano no existe y, por tanto, la misma patronal no puede imponer una instancia de Conciliación Obligatoria para cesar en la huelga.

Por su parte, el Colegio de Abogados bonaerense exigió la suspensión de la feria judicial de invierno y una intervención del Poder Judicial debido a que el conflicto laboral no se destraba y la justicia en territorio provincial está casi paralizada, desoyendo el legítimo reclamo de los trabajadores.
